Your MIJO training program is personalised and updated monthly as well as designed specifically for YOUR goals. You can select from training at Home or Gym, whatever you feel more comfortable with.

demonstrations for each exercise.

Let us know what your food preferences or allergies are, if you have any, and we will make sure you receive a meal plan that you can get stuck into! With our experience and knowledge, we will design your MIJO meal plan with delicious recipes so that you never get bored of eating the same foods on a daily basis again! 


We know that calculating macronutrients and calories can be very complex at times, so leave that up to us! You just trust in the process and get results by
staying consistent and patient


We provide a shopping list, so you will know exactly what to get at the supermarket or grocery story as well as the convenience of having the shopping list on your Mobile device.

We want to support you to get started on your journey to prioritise yourself and your health.

We're two kiwi's who believe that we all deserve to feel confident, energised and empowered. That we should all be able to live with our mojo absolutely thriving, and we're owning it even more with MIJO.

The name MIJO is a little bit of us to share with you MI - Mike + JO - Jojo = MIJO. This is for YOU.


We want you to join us and own your MIJO. Mike is a personal trainer and coach of over 18 years and Jojo is a Nutrition and Wellness Coach of 11 years plus as parents of two young dudes, we're here to make the most out of our own life at any stage.


This is where MIJO comes in providing you with the tools to get started on creating lasting change to your overall health and wellbeing. You will receive your very own personalised resistance/weight training programme and nutrition plan. Plus you’ll have access to follow along workouts with Mike and Jojo, wellness and mindfulness tools to support you on your journey.

  • How do I receive the program?

    The program is available through our website on the members only section after you have purchased. Go to the services page, choose a plan, make payment and enter all your personal details and we will start putting together your personalized program! 

  • Is this a subscription based program?

    Yes, the reason we chose to do this is so you can continue your progress as mainentance is so important. You have the option of a monthly based program. This means the programs are constantly updated with workouts and meals tailored just for you depending on the program of your choosing plus continuous support from us. The beauty of this is that you are not tied in and you can cancel at anytime.

  • Are the programs available world wide?

    Yes! It’s imperative to us that anyone in the world can access this program.

  • Can I do the plan at home?

    We can tailor the plan for you to complete this in your own home if you wish! All you need is a set of weights/dumbbells. You would need to select home only on the set up form. 

  • Refunds and returns.

    For information on our refunds and returns policy, please see the terms and conditions.

  • How do I cancel?

    To cancel your subscription you must email us  with at least 7 days notice so that you are not charged again. Please note that when you cancel all of your workouts, plans, support and guide will be removed from your account.

  • I’m new to the gym - is this good for beginners?

    The workout is entirely tailored to you and your goals. So if you are new to the gym we've got your back with your very own personalized program. Choose weights that are light for your fitness levels and gradually work your way up.

  • Is each month the same?

    No, each month is different. This will involve an increase weight, change of exercises and changes in your meal plan that is constantly updated. It’s all about progress and maintenance.
